I came in with critically damaged hair—truly a level 10 emergency—and no idea what to do. I told Alex everything, hoping for a miracle, and he delivered! Instead of a drastic pixie cut, he worked his magic to preserve a length I’m comfortable with, completely transforming my hair. The before-and-after results are stunning, and I couldn’t be happier.
