Colleen was incredibly helpful during a time when my family was under extreme stress. My father with Parkinson’s had broken his hip and he was no longer able return to his home in assisted living once he was released from skilled nursing due to his need for a higher level of care. Colleen was very warm and positive on the phone and right off the bat she had a plan for finding my dad the right boarding care home in the Napa area. She moved very quickly and was very knowledgeable with the different homes and caregivers. She listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t want. Most importantly she seemed to really care about our situation and really wanted to find us the right place. I can’t recommend Colleen highly enough.

I would not recommend anyone but Colleen for any living placement and consulting needs for older adults! Working with older adults is her specialty and she is very accommodating. She quickly jumped in to help me find solutions for my Father when he (and I) needed it. She helped from start to finish and followed through. You will not be disappointed to have her by your side as you navigate new explorations under her specialties!
